Sometimes the hardest step is deciding to ask for support. This session gives you a safe, no-obligation space to explore how coaching can help you on your recovery journey, see if I feel like the right coach for you, and experience what a coaching session is like.

You can use this session to:

  • Ask questions about the coaching process and your options
  • Explore your goals and challenges with gentle guidance
  • Experience a full coaching session focused on your needs and priorities

This is a 1:1 session over Zoom, lasting one hour. If you decide to purchase a package after the session, the fee is deducted from the package price, so this session effectively becomes the first step in your ongoing support.

  • 1 × 60-minute online session via Zoom

I work with you as the expert in your own recovery, supporting you to connect with your body and your needs, and helping you explore what steps feel safe and empowering. This session is entirely focused on you — your questions, your priorities, your pace.
